My illustration gallery was in need of a new design. Not a desparate need, mind you. It simply needed something that better reflected my illustrative pursuits. The previous design was purely functional and purely XHTML and CSS. This new design is built on WordPress 3.0 and a customized version of the Shape theme. Shape is more or less a blank canvas upon which you can design your own theme - and so I did. No doubt this site will continue to evolve as I master the many possibilities that WordPress offers.

Working for myself is of course the best environment in which to create. There are no boundaries to my creativity and time is my only budget. Also there is a beautiful communication from my head to my typing fingers that brings forth my heart's desire. And if my heart proves fickle I can simply change it in the morning.
